Over the Top Theology

So when the words of Christ were finally overwhelmed by The Roman ethos of World Dominion and Hellenistic Logic, we get the “Theology of Over The Top”. In this theology not only does Jesus die in rejection of the “Sin of the World” (rejecting a new Love paradigm) in 33 AD, but he also dies for every particular sin including me stealing a penny gum when I was a little boy in 1961. So over blown is the Churches desire to stick Christ every where and conquer the world for Him, that they make his honest life and moving death an “Expansion to the Ridiculous.” After all remember he saved you from Hell that fateful day 2000 years ago, although his life was a desire and teachings was to see Heaven on earth then rather than the Hell it was for most people.
Let me also say that it was not the people who choose Hell but rather the leaders, as it is today. All the while making sacrifice for the “sins of the people” (the ultimate distraction) in order to keep them in the dark as to their true divinity and potential in the world. Jesus then becomes a sacrifice for our individual sins & guilt and a promise of Heaven later and not Now. Meanwhile Jesus call to for Heaven on Earth one loving act at a time gets replaced with Jesus died for your sins and be happy your not going to Hell. Then to further push us into “Over the top Theology” is the idea that we can never do it and we need a rescue from the “Jesus of the Clouds” because who are we to think we could change the World with love for each other?
